Rosie's Biography
Rosie Anderson is a native of
Birmingham, AL . She has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the
University of
Alabama and an Associate in Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies from Southern Institute. Rosie started her professional career as a Litigation Paralegal with the law firm of Maynard, Cooper & Gale, P.C., and later worked as a Regulatory Paralegal with Southern Natural Gas Company.
Prior to starting her career in real estate, Rosie worked for Wachovia Bank (formerly SouthTrust Bank) as a Corporate Trust Officer and Trust Relationship Manager in the Asset Management Division, where she served as Trustee for public financed corporate and municipal bond issues.
Rosie is well educated, with a diverse background which will afford her to provide you with the highest level of expertise in handling complex real estate transactions. She has a proven record as a Top Producer. Her areas of expertise include both residential and commercial real estate.
